``Because we are the manufacturers of the jewellery and the importers of the diamonds, we can offer discount prices all year - it's not a once a year gimmick," Mr Gallagher said.
``We defy anyone to beat our prices and as we have one of the biggest varieties in jewellery in Wollongong we have something for everyone from babies to grandparents.
``But even though discounting is how we do business, we most definitely will not compromise on the quality of our jewellery - it is all top quality."
Mr and Mrs Gallagher specialise in designing special pieces, remodelling or remaking rings, chains, earrings, pendants, bracelets or necklets in white, yellow or rose gold or a combination.
``People can bring in their ideas for jewellery and we can help design something to suit and then have it made in our own local workshops."
It's not too late to have something special made for someone special for Christmas.
Diamond rings take about 10 days and about a week for other gold pieces.
